Imagine your company's logo or advertisement on the official meeting notebook. Each attendee will be provided with a notebook to take notes during sessions, jot down appointments, or write down colleagues' ideas when networking.

Mobile Electronic Charging Stations

Inside the exhibit hall your company will have a mobile charging station for use by all attendees to recharge cell phones and other electronic devices. The sponsorship includes electricity as well as graphics recognizing the company.

 

Water Bottles

Light refreshment breaks will be provided in the exhibit hall all three days. The attendees will appreciate the water bottles (customized with your organization's message) provided by your organization. Stations can be located near your booth to draw traffic. This is a great opportunity to support ASCP's "green" initiative.

 

Freestanding Double-sided Graphics

ASCP will produce two 39"(w) x 8'(h) double-sided freestanding graphic panels for placement in high traffic areas.

 

Kick-off Reception

Networking is a critical component of every conference. ASCP's meetings offer a variety of events designed to build stronger relationships between colleagues and provide the opportunity for information sharing. Sponsors are acknowledged in our general sessions and throughout conference literature. Signage is also placed in the meal area.

Product Theaters

Take advantage of Product Theaters to reach your customers directly in a theater setting. We invite you to have experts share new findings on key products, provide product details and conduct demonstrations, or highlight new products, equipment, and services to an audience of 100 attendees.

 

Conference Email Blasts

ASCP has a limited number of opportunities to reach conference attendees through a direct email. Send your product information or promotion message to attendees.

Internet Station (Inside the exhibit hall)

Your pamphlet, flyer, or other printed piece can be distributed to all attendees in the conference tote bag. Sponsors must supply their own copies of information. ASCP coordinates stuffing and distribution.

Draw conference attendees to your booth with this unique opportunity to give away ASCP practice-related resources. ASCP's professional products can be customized with your corporate name and logo.

Education Sessions

$2,500 - $10,000

ASCP develops and implements the continuing education programming offered throughout the conference. Support is sought to help underwrite the costs of speakers and presentation of the sessions. Reach professionals on a level that they will remember and appreciate.

 

Satellite Symposia

$15,000

$20,000 with accreditation

Do you have a continuing education program that you want to provide to conference attendees? ASCP seeks programs from companies to be held as Satellite Symposia.

 

Opening General Session

Prices vary

Your company will be recognized at the opening general session as a sponsor. Included with this sponsorship is recognition in the program guide as well as signage for the opening general session and on the first slide of the presentation.
